Craig founded Venesky Brown in 2005 and has guided the business through sustained growth across infrastructure, energy and the public sector. He works closely with our clients and internal teams to shape strategy, strengthen long-term partnerships and ensure we deliver a consistently high standard of service. Under his leadership, Venesky Brown has grown to over 1,600 workers on assignment and more than 65 internal colleagues across four UK offices.

Alison leads our infrastructure division, overseeing delivery for major projects across transport, utilities and civil engineering. She works in partnership with clients, labour desks and project teams to make sure we supply safe, competent and well-supported workforces on every site.
Ruairi is responsible for our operations in the energy sector, including power networks, industrial sites and complex, safety-critical environments. He focuses on workforce planning, mobilisation and ongoing contractor care to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Simone leads our public sector division, working with central government, local authorities, NHS bodies and universities through national and regional frameworks. Her team supports digital, professional services and frontline roles, with a strong emphasis on compliance, value for money and a positive candidate experience.
Mario oversees our financial strategy, planning and reporting, supporting sustainable growth across all divisions. He works closely with clients on commercial models, ensures robust financial controls and underpins our commitments to prompt, accurate payment for workers and suppliers.
Mhairi leads our HR function, covering people strategy, policies and employee relations for our internal team. She supports leaders across the business on organisation design, talent, performance and wellbeing, helping us to maintain a flexible, people-focused culture.
Paul is responsible for health, safety and environment across Venesky Brown’s operations. He works closely with clients, project teams and our workforce to reinforce safe systems of work, clear reporting and continuous improvement, particularly in high-risk infrastructure and energy environments.
Phil provides senior leadership across our infrastructure client portfolio, supporting long-term partnerships on some of the UK’s most complex programmes. He works with clients and our internal teams to align resourcing strategies with programme goals, social value commitments and safety standards.
Emily leads our brand, marketing and social impact agenda, making sure our communications, partnerships and reporting reflect the way we work. She supports the business on ESG, social value and internal engagement, helping to tell the story of our people, projects and community commitments.
